Large product: Most products are inflated within 3-4 minutes with our high-performance blowers. For example, it only takes 2.5 minutes to inflate a 12 x 2 m AirTrack P2 with a Hikoki blower.
Small product: These products can be inflated with our foot pump. We recommend our OV10 blower for the fastest possible inflation.
No, the extreme pressure required to actually damage an Airtrack cannot be achieved with the blowers we supply.
Airtracks are not designed to maintain their pressure overnight. They lose some air due to temperature differences. For safety reasons, always adjust the pressure before training.
This of course depends on how and how often the products are used. A service life of more than 7 years is definitely not unusual.
We give a 5-year guarantee on Airfloors, Airtracks, Airbeams, Airblocks and Airboards. We give a 2-year guarantee on the rest of our products. The guarantee is void if a blower other than the Airtrackfactory blower is used to inflate the products.
Make sure that all valve covers are screwed on tightly. If you discover a leak, take a photo of it. We can send you a repair kit for simple repairs. Most repairs can be done within 10 minutes. Here is a guide.
The new generation Airtracks from Airtrackfactory are airtight. You don’t need an expensive, large, loud blower. A small hand blower is enough to inflate even the largest Airtracks within 4 minutes. What’s more, our new generation Airtracks weigh only 60% as much as the old tumbling tracks.
When setting up AirProducts outdoors, use a ground sheet or fleece to prevent damage to the AirProduct. Mats left unattended or in extreme conditions can be damaged. Please note that the outside temperature affects the air pressure in the Airtracks. To ensure safety and avoid damage, it is necessary to deflate in the heat and add air in the cold. Further information can be found in our operating instructions.
All products are developed and designed in the Netherlands. They are manufactured in our own factory in China.
We use a material called Double Wall Fabric (DWF), which consists of two layers of coated vinyl with thousands of threads connecting the two layers. Our own DWF has been specially developed for sports training – it’s called SportsDWF.
